ATTORNEY STEVEN G. DUBIN IS EXPERIENCED IN ASSISTED REPRODUCTION LAW
Our Law Practice began and grew largely by helping to create families through adoption. Over the years, many clients have also sought our help in building their families through Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).
Today, the leaps and bounds in medical science, specifically in assisted reproductive technology, has dramatically increased the options now available in creating a family. Steven feels privileged to be able to help intended parents through ART. Steven has worked with both anonymous and identified egg donors, traditional and non-traditional gestational surrogates as well as intended parents. He is also well-versed with the law necessary to complete embryo adoption.
Assisted Reproduction Technology Includes:
- Egg Donation: a process in which a woman donates one or more eggs to waiting intended parents.
- Embryo Donation: a process in which an embryo is donated to prospective intended parents.
- Gestational Surrogacy: a process where created embryos, either from the intended parents or donated to same are implanted, using in vitro fertilization, into the uterus of a woman (sometimes called a “Gestational Carrier or GC”). This woman will carry and deliver, but not parent, the child. In some cases, the gestational surrogate is also the egg donor.

Only your fertility doctor can determine whether or not a potential egg donor or gestational surrogate is medically able to assist and work with you.
Steven also works with fertility physicians who have patients who may want to explore their options through assisted reproductive technology, as Intended Parents.
Additionally, if you are considering and want more information about becoming an egg donor or gestational surrogate, Steven will represent you, reviewing all contracts, ensuring your rights are protected and that you understand each document before you sign it.
It is important that all parties to the agreement have their own, independent, legal representation.
